I was looking back at some older pics and came across 1) a sling that I bought but ended up being too small for me (the one above) Sorry I look nasty in that pic, but at least Mya looks cozy sleeping 2) one I tried to make but it just isn't quite right. (below) Do any of you have a good pattern for baby slings? I have tonnes of fabric that I like and have sitting in a box waiting for me to do SOMETHING with... but I have been procrastinating.
And I'll throw this one out there too. I am looking for plastic alligator clips so that I can make my own soother clips with some ribbon I have. Mya doesn't use a soother - so I've got lots of time to look, but I've looked everywhere that I can think of, to no avail. I did find some online but the websites were pretty sketchy.
If you know of any tips or places I can look for my crazy requests - please let me know!

hi andy, collette baker mortenson here. i came across your blog from krista's. anyways, i've been making soother (binky) holders just this past week. i don't know where to get plastic alligator clip, but i'm using metal ones that we found in the stationary dept at wal-mart. they're badge holders or something and we just tore off the plastic thing attached to it and then pushed the metal thingy (that the plastic ws attached to) in so it was pretty well flush and then glued a cute big button on. i can send you a pic if you want. let me know, my email is cmorty@hotmail.com!
Hey, I don't know if you're still looking for these... I just checked out your blot today, as Margo is crazy and there is not much else I can do but use the internet. Anyways, I've seen these a few times by this seller... these clips work well. I have some in clear.
