My little girl turned 1... 2 months ago - opps

Well, time seems to just slip away from me, and guiltily I get around to posting about Addison's 1st Birthday 2 months late!!! I'm so bad.

We really didn't go do much for her birthday - and things were quite hectic those few weeks, so really I did make cupcakes. Did I make them from scratch. No. Did I do a cute fondant cake like I had wanted? No. Did I do up cute invitations like I thought of doing? Nope. Did I set up the studio and do a cute 1 yr old photoshoot? No. Did she care?!! No.  Exactly. ;)

In the end, she did have a cupcake, but my little girl with no teeth really had no desire to gum the cupcakes. Even after sampling the icing and cake. Weird. Maybe I should have made it from scratch ;)

What a fun little girl she is. She is much more feisty than Mya. She will scream when she's happy, scream when she's frustrated, and screams just to see if we're paying attention. She has no teeth, crazy brown curly hair, and the cutest little grin! She loves people. She will go to almost anyone and just give them a little cuddle ;) She's not a great sleeper, or eater for that matter. She has had 6 ear infections before her first birthday. She loves playing with her big sister. She loves her soft blankets... much like her older sister, and mother. Darn Brookstone for making THE softest blankets ;) We are so lucky and blessed that she's part of our family!
